Knowing vocabulary is necessary. The session will concentrate on the regular vocabulary tips that will help the trainee to get used to English language.

  1. Differentiating in job description

The job description of a front desk officer gets differ according to the organization. For example, a front desk officer of a bank differs from that of a hotel. Likewise, the responsibilities are different. Hence, the differences must be known. We do include some sort of description in this session.

  1. How to be multitasking

Practical Session

After completion of all the 5 sessions, the last session will emphasize on practical knowledge. The trainee are  provided with some situation under which they have to implement the training provided and will explore their selves into a professional officer.
