Personality Development Training is normally understood as grooming classes that makes one ready to be able to face the world without any fear. Personality development is essential for every individual in this competitive market where one must stand out from the rest of the people.
Currently, SMDI is conducting Personality Development Training in Nepal both indoor and outdoor.
- Our Indoor training consists of 15 days. These 15 days includes 1 session of 1.5 hours every day.
- Our outdoor training generally consists 3 days, each day consist of 2 sessions of 1.5 hours. We can also customize the training patterns as per your requirement.
SMDI also conducts short workshop on Personality Development and Leadership with the title ‘Escalate with SMDI’.
The course shall cover the following topics:
- Public speaking
- Building up the confidence level
- Communication skills
- Appearance
- Choosing the correct path
- Being optimist
- Body language
- Dining etiquette
- Leadership qualities
- Time management
All the points shall be covered in practical basis with presentation and examples. (Theoretical lessons will also be there but in minimum basis)
